Anmol Nandha is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She brings a strong academic background in neuroscience and mental health to her practice and holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brock University, a certificate in Brain Disorders and Management from Mohawk College, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Anmol is dedicated to providing compassionate and empathetic support to individuals and couples as they navigate their healing and personal growth. Anmol specializes in trauma care and uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients process and recover from traumatic experiences. Her clinical expertise extends to working with individuals managing depression, addiction, anger issues, and domestic violence. She helps her clients to build resilience and face life’s challenges effectively.
Anmol is a second-generation immigrant from India and is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu. She offers culturally sensitive therapy with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the South Asian community. She incorporates an inclusive approach into her practice, honoring each client’s unique cultural background and life experiences. She has also completed Indigenous Awareness Training and integrates this knowledge into her work to ensure her therapy remains respectful and responsive to cultural differences.
