Please call 9-1-1 right away or go to your nearest emergency department – even if you are feeling calmer and think that you will be okay. Get the help you need, when you need it.
If you are not sure if you should call 9-1-1 call them. It's better to be safe and let the 9-1-1 responder determine if you need emergency assistance.
