I have learned from experience that you don’t have to face difficult times alone. I am here to tell you that I will be there to support you through it all, no matter the challenge you are facing. Life can be uncertain, but one thing I continue to be certain about is each individual’s capacity to transform their lives for the better and improve their well-being.
I am an intern/practicum student offering therapy sessions to teens and adults. I specialize in helping people to overcome anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and body image issues. It takes strength to seek support, and I strive to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to have your voice heard. I want my clients to look back and see their obstacles as strengths rather than weaknesses.
In my sessions, you will be treated with respect and dignity. I work on fostering an empathic and trusting relationship where difficult conversations and self-exploration occur. I also understand that everybody is unique, and I’m committed to collaboratively working with you to discover a path to change that best suits your goals and needs.
I have an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from York University and am currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
