Reaching out for help is not always easy and can often feel like an overwhelming process. I value the vulnerability and strength it takes to seek help and work towards meaningful change. I am committed to supporting you throughout your journey to improve your mental health by ensuring a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental space. I encourage and promote a collaborative environment to ensure we work together to help you achieve your desired goals. Together, we can explore and find the root cause of your struggles and discover healthy coping skills to manage these life stressors. I am honoured to have the opportunity to walk alongside individuals throughout their journey of growth and healing.
I have a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph-Humber. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, and relationships. I aim to create a tailored treatment plan to meet the needs of each individual’s unique life experiences.
