I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario. I enjoy working with families, couples, individuals, children (2 and older), and teenagers. As a counselor, I consider it a privilege to support and guide people in their journeys of being who they are and becoming who they are meant to be.
Although I employ techniques from different modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is at the core of what I do, this technique begins with the supposition that our worldviews drive our perceptions, our perceptions drive our emotions, and our emotions drive our actions.
I like to support my clients through various difficulties such as separation/divorce, parenting issues, abuse, marital struggles, self-harm, suicidal ideations, suicidal aftermath, psychosis, and other mental health concerns.
I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and a Post Master’s Certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, USA.
