Reaching out for support can be the greatest obstacle in our ability to recover and work towards change. I recognize the courage, strength and vulnerability that comes with asking for help. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space that assists you in navigating difficult times in your life while empowering you throughout your journey of growth and healing. I work from a collaborative approach to ensure your desired goals are achieved.
Through a tailored support plan, we can work towards identifying root causes and triggers while implementing coping mechanisms to manage life stressors. It has always been a passion of mine to help others, and I am grateful to be a part of your journey.
I am currently in the process of completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and hold a B.A (Hons) in Behavioural Psychology from Seneca College. I have a special interest in working with adults and adolescents who struggle with addictions, anxiety, depression, and relationships.
