Aneliya specializes in working with children using music psychotherapy. In addition, she specializes in working with children with autism/ ASD. She also works with teens, adults and families using both music therapy and more traditional ‘talk-psychotherapy’ approaches including CBT and. Psychodynamic approaches. Aneliya is a clinical supervisor and has extensive training and experience that enriches her clinical care.

Aneliya is an Accredited Music Therapist (MTA) with the Canadian Association of Music Therapy, and a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Aneliya has a Master's Degree in Music Psychotherapy from Wilfred Laurier University.

Divleen specializes in working with individuals and families facing a multitude of mental health and relationship issues. As a first-generation South Asian woman, trained in both Indian and Canada, and speaking multiple languages, Divleen is uniquely situated to provide non-judgemental, culturally sensitive support within the multicultural GTA.

Divleen trained as a psychotherapist in Indian completing an MA in Psychology and has completed the Bridge to Registration and Employment in Mental Health in Toronto. Divleen is also completing an additional MEd in Developmental Psychology at the University of Toronto.

Jasman completed her undergraduate in Psychology at York University before travelling to the UK to complete her Master of Science in Clinical Abnormal Psychology and Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. Jasman is currently writing PhD thesis and hopes to graduate with her PhD in 2023.

Jennifer is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and Professional Art Therapist who specializes in supporting people of all ages through the use of art, play and creativity. Through these methods, Jennifer has helped people learn new skills, adopt new ways of coping, and gained increased ways of emotional expression. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Fine Art from Ryerson University and went on to complete her training in Art Therapy at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute. She is a Clinical Traumatologist (Traumatology Institute), a Level 1 Reiki practitioner, and a Professional Member with the Ontario Art Therapy Association. Jennifer provides services in English.

Rosita completed 2 years of medical training before deciding that her interests lay in the psychological wellbeing of her clients and in psychotherapy, rather than medicine. She offers an open and curious mind, as well as gentle and compassionate soul, that enriches the lives of the clients she works with.

Rosita has a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Life Sciences (Psychology stream) from McMaster University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Research from Michener Institute. She also completed two years of basic sciences towards a medical degree before deciding her interests lay in psychotherapy rather than in medicine.

Each individual requires different solutions to different problems, which is why integrated therapy emphasizes finding the best solution that meets their individual cultural, medical, and psychological needs.  

Usman holds a medical degree from the All Saints University of Dominica, a master's in public health from the University of Western Ontario and is currently a candidate for the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) degree at Yorkville University.
